Terms and Conditions ACE77 — Rights and Obligations of All Platform Members

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using ACE77 services in any form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is legally binding and takes effect from the first time you use the platform.

If you do not agree with any or all of the terms stated here, we advise you not to register or use ACE77 services. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

Ace77 services may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration or when using the service.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where such services are prohibited.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ACE77 staff.

Each member is only allowed to have one active account. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or another person's — is a serious violation and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balances.

At the time of registration, members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ace77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time — including requesting supporting documents such as a national ID, driver's license, or other official documents.

3Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

ACE77 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI) and e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay). All transactions are processed using multi-layer encryption to ensure security.

Deposit terms:

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the account holder's name.
• Deposits from third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being rejected.
• ACE77 is not liable for delays caused by banking institutions or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Full identity verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• ACE77 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals above certain amounts as a security measure.
• Withdrawal processing time averages less than 5 minutes for automatically supported methods.

4Bonus and Promotion Rules

ACE77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members as a token of appreciation. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be met before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus has its own requirements turnover (rollover) that must be met — the amount and conditions are stated in each bonus offer.
• Each account may only claim one bonus per promotion. Claiming multiple bonuses using different accounts will be considered a violation.
• ACE77 reserves the right to cancel related bonuses and winnings if any indication of abuse or system manipulation is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts in any form.
• ACE77 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or extend promotions at any time with reasonable notice.

5Game and Betting Rules

All games available on ace77 use a fair and transparent system. Slot Games and casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator), while Sports Betting uses odds calculated objectively based on market data and analysis.

Some important rules that apply to all game types:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the match is cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms.
• If a technical disruption on ACE77's end affects a game outcome, ACE77 reserves the right to void the affected round or session and refund the bet.
• The use of automated software (bots), collusion techniques, or any method designed to manipulate the gaming system is strictly prohibited.
• ACE77 reserves the right to review and void bets deemed irregular or suspected of odds manipulation.

6Account Security and Privacy

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential — including username, password, and OTP code. ace77 will never request a member's password through any channel, including email, chat, or phone.

• Change your password immediately and contact customer service if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ACE77 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of their credentials to another party.
• Using another member's account or lending your account to another party is not permitted.

7Account Suspension and Closure

ACE77 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account — with or without notice — if a breach of these terms and conditions is found. Conditions that may trigger a suspension include:

• Ownership of more than one active account.
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Use of unauthorized payment methods or payment methods belonging to a third party.
• Activity suspected of fraud, system manipulation, or collusion.
• Violation of laws applicable in the member's country of residence.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through customer service. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification is complete.

8Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from service disruptions or outages caused by parties beyond ACE77's control (including internet network disruptions, system maintenance, or natural disasters).
• Losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made independently by the member.
• Transaction delays caused by the banking system or third-party payment service providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from a member's failure to keep their credentials confidential.

10Terms Updates and Contact Information

ACE77 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via notification to members at least seven (7) days before taking effect — except for changes required immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.
